Dr. Cramp mentioned this review site to me while sharing some really lovely chocolates she had been given as an Xmas/New Year gift by another patient. She is a thoroughly good egg! Initially I suggested that if I wrote a review I might feel obliged to repeat the eye watering things she says about the other patients, her colleagues, partners, the receptionists, family members, life in general. However, she pointed out that due to my mental health problems nobody would believe me anyway and then she laughed heartily. After years of therapy, medication, forced hospitalisation and long episodes of deep introspection I am finally willing to concede that she may have a point, so I'll say no more about it. I then tried demanding some lovely prescription drugs as the price for my silence but she remained a stickler for the law and ethics and all I got were some rather super chocs and another batch of the happy pills. This surprised me because I grew up in ethics and pretty much everyone I knew was into drugs, and quite dodgy too. Well done Dr. Cramp! On a serious note: Dr. Cramp is a very engaging person who is patient, good humoured, easy to talk to, almost unshockable, and she writes a lovely prescription.

In my experience Dr Cramp gives exemplary care whilst remaining optimistic even whilst imparting unpalitable information.

Dr Cramp is ace. She is down to earth and straight-talking, but has gone above and beyond a number of times in her care of me, once saving me from an unnecessary operation that would have left me with terrible scarring. I have no hesitation in recommending her or the practice, and feel extremely grateful to be a patient with such an excellent GP, the best I have had!

Dr Cramp was very helpful with my stress issues at work & a recent bereavement, just being able to speak frankly with her made me realise I needed a little help. She listened & gave good advice when I needed it. Since my treatment has started to improve my situation & I'm starting to feel like me again. I'm very grateful to her for the help she is providing, the common sense approach & great advice. I don't often need to visit the surgery, as lucky enough to be in good health but the few times I've needed to see her over the last 10 years the service she has provided me with has been great!

She's great. No nonsense yet caring. Listens and discusses rather than imposes. Remembers stuff you'd think she might have forgotten given how many patients she has. Generally leaves me feeling cared for and happier than when I arrived.
